So far, we only know about a quarter of the titles that are set to feature on Sony’s PlayStation Classic mini console, but depending on where you buy it, the rest of the lineup could be quite different. The five currently announced will feature on the machine in Japan and the West, but the other titles will vary by region.
Sony boss Hiroyuki Oda confirmed as much to Famitsu during Tokyo Game Show 2018. Of course, he didn’t let any games slip, but it’s interesting to note that there will be a difference between versions of the PlayStation Classic. We’re not sure which games will be changed, but Oda has said that the games are being carefully selected based on popularity among fans and their significance to PlayStation. Hopefully we’ll learn about more of the included games soon.
