CREED: Rise to Glory Looks Like a Knockout on PSVR

CREED: Rise to Glory looks like it’s ready to lift the PlayStation VR heavyweight belt, as this PlayStation Underground gameplay shines despite host Sid Shuman’s flailing. The clip includes a good look at both an in-ring contest as well as some training gameplay, and it’s easy to see how this will be enjoyable in virtual reality.

We’re particularly fond of the way in which developer Survios is handling staggers and knockouts: when stunned, the camera quickly switches to a third-person perspective, and you’ll need to line up your gloves to rebalance; when you’re on the mat, your “spirit” you’ll need to dash back to your body Sprint Vector-style, and then you can get back on your feet.

It just looks really nicely designed, doesn’t it? Mark this down as yet another PSVR title worth adding to your wishlist.
